A unique, slightly off-dry Pinot Gris from Domaine Wassler, in Alsace. This elegant, fruity wine comes from grapes grown on limestone soils. Fermented in stainless and aged in large, neutral-oak foudres. Aromas of stewed white fruits, cinnamon, black pepper and vanilla. Enjoy with roast chicken, spicy food and chocolate deserts.
