AOP Morgon “Côte du Py”, Gamay, 2019
Located in the hull of Côte du Py, from a south-east facing vineyard at an 800 foot elevation. Handpicked, fermented in concrete vats and aged in neutral French oak barrels for over 18 months. Intense, complex aromas of stone fruits and soft tannins with a solid structure.
