Nicolas and Jeremy are two young wine educators from Paul’s school in Burgundy,Lycee Lucie Aubrac. In 2015, the two co-workers bought their first parcel, a very steep terraced vineyard on the hill of “La Madone”, which is 100% organic and worked by hand for healthy soils and healthy vines. Their very small winery produces Cru Fleurie, one of the best appellations of the Beaujolais. Organic production!
