Until 2015, Ludovic Zermatten was the enologist in the cave “Renaissances”, in the Valais in Switzerland. This co-op cellar vinifies over 500K gallons of wine from more than 25 grape varieties per year. In 2015, Paul was a marketing and communication intern at the co-op where they met. After three years, Ludovic decided to create his own line of wines under a new personal brand, Z-Selection! La creme de la creme, this is a little niche high end production of special local wines from the best vineyards made in a traditional and respectful way of the authentic swiss wines of the Valais region.
